Hotararea de Guvern privind stabilirea salariului de baza minim brut pe tara garantat in plata a fost adoptata vineri, 7 decembrie, de Guvern si a fost publicata luni in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei (sub numarul 937/2018). Noile modificari vor produce efecte de la 1 ianuarie 2019, insa deja au inceput sa apara primele intrebari in randul companiilor: cum ar trebui sa aplice noile modificari? care sunt functiile pentru care se impune majorarea nivelului salarial? ce criterii trebuie sa indeplineasca angajatii pentru a se califica pentru acest nivel?
